Worst exotic quest in the game. Forces you to do it all in one instance. If you get error coded your fucked. If the dumbass final boss mechanic doesn't work your fucked. Ran it over a dozen times and the tether mechanic kept not working even though everyone was doing everything right. Horrible game design. Great job bungie another way to show your player base you hate them. Never doing that broken raid again. Fuck the divinity it can eat my ass.

So conf.. lated. Did not see it is a raid weapon. Well, it is a nice raid weapon but getting it requires a raid as well. So can not do that as not enought man power in our group to do that. Too bad. Reminds me of wow days to achive some things that no others can do if they do not have buddies that are willing to do it.. sigh. (did all the steps until the raid)

i think my quest is bugged, i am on the first step where i have to analyze the vex confluxes. I have done every lost sector apart from the one in artifact's edge. Reason being that the conflux in the artifact's edge lost sector is not there, and in its place is a message saying "temporary access blocked". Is there something i have done wrong?

Haha finally got mine today after a 9 hour and 36 minute raid!! We cried, it wa sbeautiful. and yes 1270+ power and yet we were that fucked at the end and with the intermediate boss (eyes and gambit) i fucking hope it gets vaulted and they bring back scourge or Levi. Those atleast were fun! If dull

Hey, if you guys are at the Decryption Core part, i would suggest going either into the Raid for the enemies, or go to the Protal where you started the quest and keep farming it. Because Vex on for example Nessus, wont count in Progress.

The 120 Vex kills for Deception Core Repaired have to be on the moon. Start Garden of Salvation raid and you have 30 easy kills right in front of you. Kill them and then just start the raid over.

I got this done tonight at 9:15pm gmt and if it wasn't for the team that I had, and this raid guide for letting me know before I started the quest last week, I wouldn't have gotten it. And now, I can honestly say, fuck those puzzles and everything they stand for xD

Finally got divinity as a solo player. The puzzles aren't too bad but for the love of god make sure you have a solid fireteam for the last boss. So many of my runs ended because we couldn't beat the sanctified mind.

HOT TIP: For the vex on the moon kills literally go to the secret cave where you found the Divinity quest, each time you complete the cave you get ~75/120 kills

Much prefer it to be a long grindy quest then having to raid giving solo players the opportunity to get it or keep the raid quest in but maybe make you so something like 250 strikes in place

For those strugling to farm 120 vex kills: - Start GoS solo - Clear the first room ( dont go into the portal, you can`t start 1st encounter on your own) - Return to orbit - Repeat until quest step is done. Edit: - You can actually start first encounter in GoS solo, so if you want to get more vex kills, thats also possibilty. - To start, just kill minotaur that boss is "eating" in first room

you can go to were you got the exotic quest and you get 80 per run out of 120. Thank me later [:

You can reach the last event, itll checkpoint. Whilst solo, load into that final fight, then back track to the start of the raid. Once there, summon your raid team. Essentially, your fireteam can complete the puzzles without enemy spawning in and no boss fights until the final boss.

When I went to the vex gate the second time to farm vex moon kills, another exotic dropped for me. I was confused until One Eyed Mask had dropped for me. What a weird situation.

For the vex part you can go back to the original place you got the quest and leave the area and come back I finished it in like 3 minutes

I think it’s stupid that you have to do a quest to get a raid exotic weapon
