Man F%&K Destiny, I cant believe Old Secrets, New Challenges is a random type quest. It's not the same content for every person that plays it. There's about three different versions of the same damn quest. WTF did they think this was a good idea, wtf are none of the IRmysrs even talking about it.

Just saying for people reading comments there are actually some other dead Exos you can go to to get the quest step done. One of them is in Bray Exoscience

For anyone facing trouble with the blade pieces dropping. Just abandon the quest and re acquire it for the terminal. You will have lost 0 progress.

So i did the exo challenge but it was the agility one and it still says i need to complete an exo challenge

so i did 3 exo challengews now, specificallly this one. Yet it wouldnt proc. Not sure what to do edit: had to drop quest and pick it up in kiosk at tower. Really sick of buggy games this week...

At what power level does Lament drop? Is it considered a pinnacle drop? I'm currently at 1257 so I would hate if it dropped at 1259 when it could have dropped an 1260

For anyone that cannot complete the Lament quest abandon it on all characters then pick up on your main. A lot of people running into this issue.

Anyone else having problems when doing the strike and not getting the broken blade? Do I need to be in the same fireteam with people? and do I need to be the one to deal the final blow to the harpy If I am solo?

I didn't think much of it at the time, but it was the sector with Fallen enemies inside Vex architecture. I think it's called Concealed Void? The drop rate on cloud strike is annoying. Ran it 4 times and got nothing.

Using Severance Enclosure really helps for the finisher part and kills from the explosion count as a finisher kill

it seems my game might be glitched, did the glassway strike about three times, and killed the hapy 3 different times, teammate got the item but I didn't, I even made sure I was on the correct quest step on lament, anyway love the video and I hope it was able to help others, but it sadly doesn't seem to help in my case because it seems bugged

I'm stuck on this part of the quest where I have to complete Reclaiming Europa, Empire's Fall,and The Dark Priestess when I have completed the Beyond Light campaign.

Yea the missions rotate. I got some vex platforming and some enemies to shoot at while doing it. Was 1230 light lvl mission, went in at 1207. Was challenging had fun.

Ive run the mission for the sniper 32 times.... NOTHING. Ive gotten maybe 2 pieces of shitty armor and thats it.

Tips for people immediately doing this after the campaign: After getting sword kills, you need to do Reclaiming Europa, and the quest line for The Dark Priestess.

This may have already been recommended, but I did the Glass way strike five times, and got the 100 vex and 20 bosses. Took about an hour to an hour and a half😉

Coulda gotten to 10 minutes if you just said something like “if the worlds first deep stone crypt raid hasn’t been cleared, you will not be able to get these weapons. So make sure that has happened”

I think europan explorer 2 is bugged because i did 'a hard rain falls' and have explorer 1 unlocked and i never got it

The exo challenge step is bugged. Ive done both current exo challenges by this point several times and that step wont count as completed
